<description>Helen, great advice, thanks. I especially like the hair conditioning mix. May I add another skin soother and smoother? I discovered these a few years ago when working with essential oils in my nutrition practice. After a shower, no soap as you said, then take a good moisturizer (no harmful chemicals) and place a &quot;ring&quot; of it in the palm of your hand and inside the ring, place 1 or 2 drops each of essential oil of Geranium, Tee Tree and Lavender. Rub your hands together gently mixing the oils with the moisturizer until blended and then gently spread on your skin. It helps prevent burning and smells great! Be cautious near eyes and nose as the aroma is strong. It does dissipate quickly, so closing your eye for a couple of seconds helps. Geranium and lavender also help repel insects.
Keep up the good advice! Ricki a.k.a. Mchealthy
